If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We pack everything really snug and tight to prevent any damage but we are sometimes surprised and amazed by the ingenuity of how a package can be treated during shipping. If there is any issue on arrival let us know straight away by emailing support@eroinas.ezyro.com and write ‘Product damage + Your order number’ in the email subject.
We provide a warranty of 7 days post receipt, which includes goods damage on arrival, discoloration and stones falling out.
Unfortunately it does not cover refund due to incorrect size ordered or change of mind.
Please make sure that you make a detailed unboxing video which contains the label/bill and mention the issue.
If the time exceeds 48 hrs., unfortunately no refund claim can be made.
On receipt of your concern with valid proofs, we will treat each report on case by case basis and give you a few options to chose from.
Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us about the same.
Product should show no signs of use and should be returned in its original packaging/box.
Domestic Order: Our courier partner will collect the order from provided address (within India). Our customers will not be changed for the return shipping.
International Order: We do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products, except for those cases where a defective product has been delivered. You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund.
An exchange will be processed within 7-14 business days from the receipt of the returned product(s) at our return address.
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).
In case the customer pays online then amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at our return address.
We will ensure you get a resolution as quickly as possible.
