What is your Return Policy?

We provide a warranty of 7 days post receipt, which includes goods damage on arrival, discoloration and stones falling out. Unfortunately it does not cover refund due to incorrect size ordered or change of mind. (Read Shipping and Returns.)

When will orders be shipped ?

Please allow us 4-5 business days for order to be processed before your items are shipped . You will receive an email with your tracking number at the time of order.

Do you provide a return shipping label.

No. You won’t be charged a return shipping cost. For more details please read our Return Shipping Policy.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! ( please note ,any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.)
